For over ten years we've put on English stand-up comedy in Berlin, and today we run three shows a week. The comedians we send to your event are ones we've worked with for years. We know how they handle a heckle, a speech that runs long or a very international crowd.

Tailored to your audience. Before the show, we go through your crowd and any sensitive topics with you, then pick comedians and material to suit. As gentle or as cheeky as your room likes.

You choose how the comedy fits your event
Start with one of our formats, or bring us an idea and we'll develop a custom show.
Single comedian: One comedian for 30 minutes or a full hour, fitted around the rest of your programme. Most companies start here.
Host / MC: A comedian runs your gala, awards night or party.
Comedian with a host: A host sets up the night and chats with your guests, then brings on a comedian for the main set.
Stand-up night: A host and two or three comedians from different backgrounds and countries, at your venue. A proper comedy club show, just without the sticky floor.
Interactive show: Your guests write anonymous notes, and our comedians turn them into stand-up on the spot. We can theme it around your company: what bugs people, what they enjoy, the things they've never quite said to each other.
Magdalena the Fortune Teller: A comedy stage show, or readings at a table, one guest at a time, for about 10 to 15 people. Crystal ball and questionable predictions included.
Budgets vary, so we work it out with you. One comedian, a comedian with a host and a full line-up all cost different amounts. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we'll suggest the set-up that gets the most out of it.

Budgets vary, so we work it out together. The price depends on the format, how long it runs, how many comedians and travel. One comedian costs less than a host with a full line-up, and there are set-ups in between. Part of what you pay for is experience: comedians who keep the night on track when something doesn't go to plan. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we'll suggest the options that fit.

Yes. We tailor the comedians and the material to your audience. Before the show, we go through your crowd and any sensitive topics with you, so the comedians know your boundaries before they walk on. Nobody can promise that every guest laughs at every joke, but we can promise the jokes were picked for your room.

Yes. Before the event we can set up a short video call to get to know your team, or you can send us some background on the company. The comedians work it into the hosting and the material. We can also build a custom format around your event.

We tailor the performance to your needs, from a 15-minute set to a 90-minute mixed-bill show, or anything in between. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll find the right fit.

Yes, our comedians perform in English, and our Berlin audiences come from all over the world, so they're used to rooms where English is the shared language rather than everyone's first. We pick a mix of nationalities and genders to suit your team. If some guests aren't comfortable in English, tell us and we'll suggest a format that works for a mixed room.

Yes. We arrange shows across Germany, Europe and worldwide. Travel and accommodation for the comedians are included in the quote.

We usually perform at your venue. If you need one, we may be able to arrange it at extra cost, depending on what's available. Ask early and we'll see what we can do.

A room, a microphone and a sound system. We bring the comedians. Tell us what your venue has and we'll let you know if anything's missing.

6-8 weeks gives us the widest choice of comedians. Shorter notice can still work, so ask anyway. If we can't do it, we'll tell you straight away.

If a booked comedian falls ill or can't make it, we replace them with a comedian of the same standard and tell you as soon as we know.

Yes. You'll get an invoice from Epic Comedy Berlin with VAT shown, and we're happy to add your PO number or cost centre. We ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date; the rest is due 14 days after the event. Need to set us up as a supplier first? Send us your form and we'll fill it in.
